From August 7, 2010 evening to dawn of 8th, landslide and mud-rock flow was initiated by heavy rains in Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan autonomous district, Gansu., it has led Bailongjiang River, upstream branch of Jialing River, to form imprisoned lake, caused significant personnel casualty, interrupt of electric power, transportation and communication.
In front of disaster, what needs is love and caring. Although we are unable to prevent the disaster and the injury it brought to the people, our loves can be converged to the flame of love to warm people’s heart in the disaster area. Therefore, Haimo decided to donate money to Zhouqu County, support local schools reconstruction. Totally 579,570 RMB was donated (500,000 RMB from the company and 79,570 RMB from employees).
