On November 5, 2014 Gansu Provincial Securities Regulatory Bureau held an exhibition named “The Second Warning Education Exhibition of Insider Trading” in which Haimo employees also participated. The basic objective of the exhibition was to:
a) Educate staff to create a social atmosphere that guard against insider trading.
b) Answer to the China Securities Regulatory Commission’s call to organize warning education exhibition of insider trading.
c) Earnestly implement of “Some Opinions of the State Council Concerning and to Further Promote the Healthy Development of Capital Markets”.
The education exhibition was carried into two parts:
1. Regulation publicity and cases study warning, including background analysis.
2. Basic knowledge, statutory construction, supervision of law enforcement and cases show.
Also there were some media information and a repentance wall in the education exhibition. Through certain case studies as examples which were presented in the exhibition, now staff are quite aware about the regulation and got awareness about the danger and illegality of insider trading. The exhibition was a good platform to educate relevant staff from listed company and to plays a pivotal role in warning them. Through basic information & guidelines which they received from exhibition now they can prevent and eliminate insider trading better in the future dealing.
