Haimo Spool Piece Multiphase Flow Meter is a state-of-the-art technology for inline measurement of multiphase flow.
Haimo Exempted Source Water Cut Meter (XC-WCM) is a Dual-Energy Gamma Meter (DGM) equipped with a gamma source of extremely low activity, classified as exempted category by IAEA. XC-WCM determines the Water-Liquid Ratio (WLR) of three-phase (gas, water and oil) flow with Gas Volume Fraction (GVF) up to 90%, from which the water cut. The meter is independent of state of flow, phase miscibility such as emulsion, heavy oil and phase transition.
Exempted Source Spool Piece (SP) MPFM is a new technology developed in a very compact design for monitoring and testing oil and gas wells in full Gas Volume Fraction (GVF) range, with a gamma source of extremely low activity, classified as exempted category by IAEA.
Haimo Full Range Multiphase Flow Meter is a combination of a gas / liquid two phase flow meter and a three phase water cut meter.
Bulk Meters are large size multiphase flow meters with sizes ranging up to 24 inch with measurement capability of up to 500,000 BPD.
Haimo Water Cut Meter (WCM) is a Dual-Energy Gamma Meter (DGM) and determines the Water-Liquid Ratio (WLR) of three-phase (gas, water and oil) flow with Gas Volume Fraction (GVF) up to 100%. The meter is independent of state of flow, phase miscibility such as emulsion, heavy oil and phase transition.
Haimo Wet Gas Metering technology is an extension of Haimo Technologies' standard multiphase metering technology. The wet gas meter is usually used to measure individual phase flow rates in gas and condensate productions. Depending on application requirement, the wet gas meters can be of a spool piece or skid mounted design.
Haimo High Performance Tester (HPT) is an excellent tool for field verification of meters including MPFM.
Haimo's Low Production Tester–LPT is developed primarily to address accurate measurement of low flowing and slugging wells.
During oilfield primary, secondary and tertiary recovery stages, different operations are conducted to improve oil and gas production efficiencies. MPFM can be used to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of various operations/workovers by measuring the post-operation production. During the primary recovery, such applications may include gas lifting and pump efficiency optimizations, as well as hydraulic fracturing and other well treatment operations. During secondary recovery, water injection/flooding and gas injection efficiencies can also be evaluated by the use of MPFM, especially when used continuously for an extended period of time. The same applies to tertiary recovery operations including chemical injection, CO2 and water injection. In shale gas and shale oil operations, fracturing flowback and choke management processes can also utilize Haimo's Sand Detector and MPFM to detect the presence of proppant and first show of oil, and to determine if flowback is complete.
Daily production testing is the most frequently conducted well testing in oilfield operations. While highly productive wells can use one dedicated MPFM or share one MPFM with other similar wells in the vicinity, to monitor production on continuous base, production testing of widely spread wells, lower production wells is a challenge to many operators. The business model of mobile production well testing service using MPFM was initially put forward and implemented by Haimo. Instead of end users needing to buy equipment and hire specialized technical crew to measure and maintain production testing systems, Haimo provides a custom-built package including equipment and crew for mobile well testing to cover all the production wells of a field or block. The generated accurate and timely well data serves the client's need of reservoir monitoring, well management and production optimization. These well data can be transmitted in real time for timely production optimization management and as a critical element of digital field management.
Utilizing MPFM in exploration and appraisal well testing offers the benefits of real time monitoring, displaying and transmission to back office of the test data, captures the dynamic behavior of the flow reacting to different choke sizes, and provides primary data for reservoir evaluation during the exploration/appraisal stages. MPFM can be coupled with downhole measurements such as production logging tool (PLT) and DST to offer independent validation of other measurements.
